A Fun Time Was Had By All! - Highly recommend this fun experience! A group of us took an uber to Saul's home from our hotel in downtown BA (around $12 USD). Saul greeted us warmly and then... read more the fun began. The instruction was informative, and easy to understand. Saul is friendly, interesting and passionate about food and imparting his knowledge to us. It was a pleasure to be in someone's home and experience a more personal side to Buenos Aires than what a typical tourist garners from normal sightseeing. Wine and conversation flowed freely and the empanadas were to die for. Saul sent along the recipes to everything we cooked. I hope to duplicate this fabulous meal at home!

Great Evening in the Suburbs - Saul gave 4 of us a great cooking lesson--particularly for empanadas and his specialty ice cream dessert. It was also nice to be in an Argentine home with a... read more well equipped kitchen and to share a couple of nice bottles of wine. Who knew you needed a strong dough for empanadas? No store-bought crust here! When we were done we all agreed they were the best we had had in Argentina. I was pleased that Saulhad enough prepped to make the evening fun (no hours spent chopping onions), but not so much that we didn't do or learn anything. Lovely evening!

Fun night cooking with Saul! - Great experience. Learned all about cooking techniques, seasoning, and recipes.
We made a ribeye steak, chimichurri, empanadas, and dulce de leche ice cream. All were delicious. Super fun... read more environment. Saul had great knowledge. Also did a wine tasting with him and enjoyed some Argentinian Malbecs.
We had a brief tango lesson before the class that had to get cut short as it was a thunderstorm and we got stuck in traffic.
